Being at home so much has been interesting to say the least and home practice has become more and more popular so here are some tips and tricks I can share with you from my own experience. Take all of these suggestions, only using what works for you. This is meant to help you navigate home practice, not feel bad that you don't have one. Some home practices, for me, may look like ten minutes a day of breathwork.
